1. Services
Golden Spoon Catering provides catering services for private and public events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, parties, and special occasions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged by Golden Spoon Catering.
- Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed-upon deadline prior to your event.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Payments
- Full payment is typically due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled event date.
- Changes to event details (menu, guest count, location, timing) are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
Golden Spoon Catering reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds or credits will be handled fairly and reasonably.
5. Event Logistics & Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location access, setup times, and venue requirements.
- Any additional fees charged by venues (parking, permits, kitchen access, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.
- Golden Spoon Catering is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including venue restrictions or guest interference.
6. Food Safety & Allergies
- While we take food safety seriously, Golden Spoon Catering cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions when allergens have been disclosed or are unavoidable.
7. Leftover Food
Any remaining food at the end of the event is subject to venue rules and health regulations. If permitted, leftovers may be left with the client at their request. Golden Spoon Catering is not responsible for food safety once the event concludes.
8. Liability
Golden Spoon Catering is not liable for:
- Damage or loss of personal property at the event
- Injuries resulting from guest behavior or venue conditions
- Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Golden Spoon Catering and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
10. Website Use
